Yuval Gal-Shohet

Yuval is a PhD student on the LIDo doctoral training program, co-supervised by Kirill Aristovich. Yuval has a BSc in Neuroscience and MSc in Translational Neuroscience. Her PhD has focuses on identifying whole brain dynamics linked to spatial navigation and working memory, and how those dynamics are altered in schizophrenia. She also spent the first half of her PhD adapting EIT - a novel neuroimaging technique - for use in epilepsy patients. As such, her work lies at the intersection of computational neuroscience and engineering.
